EULA - End User License Agreement

The following license agreement is the basis for both the shareware (unregistered)
and the registered (full) versions of this product.
You MUST agree to these terms before you use S_Merge or any of its components.

This software product and all its components are subject to the copyright of
Philip Haydon (the author). Usage of any of these files is subject to this license
agreement. Any usage outside of the scope of this agreement is prohibited.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
In no event shall the author be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, lost profits,
business interruption, or lost information) rising out of 'Authorized Users' use of or inability to use S_Merge,
even if the author has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
In no event will the author be liable for loss of data or for indirect, special, incidental, consequential
(including lost profit), or other damages based in contract, tort or otherwise.
The author shall have no liability with respect to the content of S_Merge or any part thereof, including but not
limited to errors or omissions contained therein, libel, infringements of rights of publicity, privacy, trademark
rights, business interruption, personal injury, loss of privacy, moral rights or the disclosure of confidential
information.

You use this product at your own risk. Under no circumstance can the author be held responsible for any
type of damage, caused directly or indirectly by the use of this product or any of its components.

NO WARRANTIES
The author expressly disclaims any warranty for S_Merge.
S_Merge is provided 'As Is' without any express or implied warranty of any kind, including but not limited to
any warranties of merchantability, noninfringement, or fitness of a particular purpose.
The author does not warrant or assume responsibility for the accuracy or completeness of any information,
text, graphics, links or other items contained within S_Merge.
The author makes no warranties respecting any harm that may be caused by the transmission of a computer virus,
worm, time bomb, logic bomb, or other such computer program.
The author further expressly disclaims any warranty or representation to Authorized Users or to any third party.

TERMINATION
Without prejudice to any other rights, The author may terminate this EULA (End User Licensing Agreement)
if you fail to comply with the terms and conditions of this EULA. In such event, you must destroy all copies of
S_Merge in your possession.

You may redistribute as many copies of the shareware version of this product as you like,
as long as you agree to the following terms.

(a) Disassembly or modification of the Software S_Merge is prohibited.

(b) You must not remove or alter any copyright notices on any
and all copies of S_Merge.

(c) Charges for distribution of the shareware version to any third party is NOT allowed.
After registering S_Merge you must agree to the following terms.

(a) The registered version may be installed on
one computer only.

(b) There are no warranties whatsoever regarding
S_Merge. The author is not responsible for
any damages however caused whether it be
loss of information, interruption of any
business, personal injury or damages
incurred during or after the use of S_Merge.

(c) No part of the program may be decoded,
disassembled or modified in any way by
the user.

(d) You may not distribute registered copies of S_Merge to third parties.
